Methodology: political similarity is calculated using the precinct-level vote data, by calculating L2 (Euclidean) distance between your target precinct and all Seattle precincts, for Z-score normalized parameters of: vote % margins [Council 8, Council 9, Mayor, City Attorney, Prop 1, Prop 2], Turnout %.
